- Consultation with owners and shopkeepers
- Negotiation on legal agreements
- Submission of planning applications
- July 2019 to December 2019
- Carry out Tender and related processes
- 2020
- Finalize Agreements and carry out the phase 2 contract
Phase 1
The building work started on 9th April 2018. During the course of the year, the following premises on the High Street have had new facades installed:
72, 72A, 79, 83, 89, 103, 109, 115 & 117
